ECOLOGICAL CITIES

"We do not have to look far to find plenty of evidence for the transformation of the world...The massive emissions of toxins, CO2, chemical pesticides, herbicides, and other such substances clog and transform the atmosphere, the oceans, and the soil...But I think that the epoch we are living in is making clear how the fate of the world is tied to that of the earth...or is it naive to think we can become an island of purity in an ocean made of massive debris?"
